Support
Updated May 14, 2026. Get help with your account, subscription, privacy requests, or Council decision-support results.
For direct help, email support@get-council.com. For subscription billing, Apple may need to handle cancellation or refunds through your App Store account.
Contact support
Email support@get-council.com for help with Council. Include the email address tied to your account, your device model, your iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
We read support requests as quickly as possible. Please do not include passwords, full payment card details, or information you are not allowed to share.
Account help
If you cannot sign in, tell us which sign-in method you used and whether you are seeing an email code, Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, or another account screen.
You can request account deletion or personal data deletion from inside the Council app where available, or by emailing support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing support.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple account settings. If Council does not recognize an active subscription, contact support and include a screenshot of the App Store subscription status if you can share it safely.
Decision support
Council helps you compare perspectives, surface tradeoffs, and generate structured decision support. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, mental health, emergency, or other professional advice.
If a Council result looks incomplete, inaccurate, or mismatched to your question, send us the approximate time it happened and what went wrong. Do not send sensitive details unless they are necessary for the support request.
Policies
Read the Privacy Policy for details on account data, decision content, analytics, subscriptions, and AI processing.
